Customers Buying from Save on Lighting over the Amount of $500.00, will receive Free shipping, over the amount of $250.00 will have a flat rate of $4.95. All other orders will have a Flat shipping fee of $6.95* added to their order,
Additional S&H Charges will apply to orders
shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, And
Excludes all oversized packages, and any other
shipping method other then ground, S&H
charges along with any charged freight are non
refundable in occurrence where Save On Lighting
has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

International Shipments. Currently Save On Lighting Can only ship an order to addresses within the united states, For customers seeking to place an order with us Save On Lighting requires the use of a U.S. Based "freight forwarder" of your choosing and full payment (credit card or bank transfer) in advance, Title and risk of loss of the products pass to the paying customer upon delivery at the "fright forwarder"
Return And restocking policy. Save On Lighting Stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement, or credit, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 72 hours of receipt of product, A restocking charge of 25% will apply to all items returned where Save On Lighting made no error in merchandizing or shipping, Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, all returns must arrive in its original packaging and all the freight charges for the return of good are to be paid by the customer.
Warranties. All products are sold "as is" And Save On Lighting disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to the products or use thereof, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, non infringement, title or fitness for a particular purpose, some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusions may not apply to you.
Mistaken or Damaged Shipments. Save On Lighting will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping cost if we made an error with the order, Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for credit or replacement within 72 hours of delivery, to return any mistaken or damaged item(s), please call Save On Lighting 1-800-540-bulb to obtain a returned material authorization for damaged orders, keep the original box, and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Save On Lighting. Save On Lighting may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law Save On Lighting shall not be liable for any special, consequential, exemplary, or incidental damages(including lost or anticipated revenues or profits relating to the same) arising from any claim relating to there terms of sale, or this site,, products, orders, whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort,(including negligence or strict liability) or otherwise. In no event will the collective liability of Save On Lighting exceed the amount you have paid to the company for the applicable order or product out of which liability arose. These limitations shall apply not withstanding any failure of essential purpose of any remedy some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Waivers and amendments. The waiver by either party of any provision of these terms of sale on any occasion and upon any particular circumstances these terms of sale may be waived or amendment only in writing signed by Save On Lighting, and the customer.
